Is there a minimum order value?
We do not operate a minimum order value and all orders are treated as priority regardless of size
How do I pay for my order?
All orders are paid for in Bitcoin (BTC) this is a safe and anonymous payment method that protects both the buyer and the seller. We recommend all customers to use Coinbase, as it is the most simple app for buying and sending bitcoin with low user fees.
What are "stealth packaged products"?
Our stealth products are a range of products that come boxed and labelled as legal products, nothing on the packaging indicates it's contents and this means it has no issues at customs. We strongly advise international customers to take advantage of these products to ensure the smoothest possible delivery.
In order to avoid customs seizures and guarantee the smoothest possible delivery we recommend that international customers use our range of stealth packaged products.
Do you offer a reship policy?
Attention USA customers: we have recently seen an increase in customs seizures of packages. As a result our free reship policy ONLY covers stealth packaged products. Please note if you order 10ml vials they will NOT be covered by our reship guarantee. To ensure the safety of your package please only order 30ml stealth packaged vials and stealth packaged orals
In the event a package is seized at international customs we offer 1 free reship on all products except HGH to a new name and address. In order to qualify for this reship you must provide a letter of proof of seizure from your countries customs authority. Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of the products we sell we DO NOT accept returns, if an item is faulty or arrives not as expected please feel free to reach out to us to have the situation resolved.
How long will my items take to be delivered?
UK customers will receive their order next day Monday-Saturday if ordered before 2pm. International postage depends on the speed of your domestic mail carrier, USA packages average 5-14 days delivery time from order date.
What delivery methods do we use?
All packages are sent recorded delivery with tracking, the package will be sent using Royal mail guaranteed next day delivery for UK customers and royal mail in conjunction with the mail carrier of your destination country for example USPS for American customers
